Services Doula I offer a free consultation to discuss how my services can enhance your birth experience. Should you choose to hire me, I will meet with you and your birth companion at least two additional times. Our first meeting will be to establish a contract, fill out a health history, and begin creating a customized birth plan. Our second meeting will be spent completing your birth plan and discussing how we will put your plan into action. Additional meetings can be scheduled as necessary. You are welcome to call me with any of your questions or concerns before and after the birth of your baby. As your "big" day approaches, I will ask you to keep me updated with any changes you experience. Once labor has began, I will come to your home, if you wish, to assist you in your laboring. I will then accompany you to the hospital, and stay with you until after your baby is born. One to two weeks after the birth of your baby, I will meet with you again to review the birth and answer any questions you may have. The total fee is $500.00 Photography Services I offer birth photography as part of my service. Taking pictures for you allows your partner to experience this event first hand rather than through the camera lens. Childbirth Classes Fruit of the Womb - Birthing God's Way is a six week Bible based childbirth preparation class for couples. In addition to traditional childbirth education, there is a weekly Bible study using The Lord of Birth Pregnancy Workbook by Jennifer Vanderlann. Please see birthing classes page for a current schedule and more detailed information. The fee for the class is $50.00. 
Birthing Skirts Birthing skirts can be worn with a sports bra or tank top and allow for easy access to your belly during fetal monitoring. They are designed to be worn under the belly and have a drawstring and velcro or snap closure for quick and easy removal. Wearing your own clothing allows you to feel less like a patient and more like a woman participating in a natural, normal event. The cost of the birthing skirt is $30.00. They come in a variety of sizes, colors and patterns and can be custom made to accomodate any size. If you are interested, please e-mail me with your information including hip measurements. 
Belly Casting Belly casting is a great way to preserve the beauty of a pregnant belly. It is a fun bonding experience for both mom and dad. They make great baby shower gifts or you can have a "belly decorating" baby shower. The fee for belly casting is $95.00 which includes all of the supplies and sealing it so that it is ready to decorate. Kits are also available. Please contact me for pricing. Other Products Kid Kozy TM nursing pillow which sells for $45.00. Covers are $6.00 each. Oh Baby! Belly Oil - an all-natural belly oil designed to nourish the skin and help prevent stretch marks. 4oz. bottle, $8.00 To order any of these products, simply e-mail your request and I will send you a bill via paypal.
